Dear All,
*Important update on Pongal Gift for Pensioners:*
*Step 1:*
04th and 05th Jan-2025 adding pongal gift element for the eligible Pensioners from backend by SI team.
*Step 2:*
06th and 07th Jan-2025 DDOs to verify the added elements and amount using Pongal gift program by selecting report only option.
Note : Verify the Pensioners pongal gift report
Pension bill processing- Report - GTN Pongal gift Report - Enter the details - Continue- Submit - View output
If any changes, make the correction in the Pension manager - Pension components-Dues and deduction- Effect date:01-01-2025- Change exist entry -element name: Pongal gift.
To add element, go to pension manager - Pension components-Dues and deduction- Effect date:01-01-2025- Create New entry-element name: Pongal gift.
*Step 3:*
07-Jan-2025 - Night bulk supplementary run by SI team for Pongal gift.
*Step 4:*
From 08-Jan-2025 onwards Treasury shall generate the pongal gift bills.
