தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வு முறை சமூக நீதி (Social Justice) அடிப்படையில் இருந்து வந்த நிலையில், தகுதி (Merit) அடிப்படையில் முதுநிலை (Seniority) நிர்ணயம் செய்து பதவி உயர்வு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற உச்ச நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்பினால் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள மாற்றம், எதிர்காலத்தில் ஏற்படும் பாதிப்புகள் குறித்து ஆராய்ந்து, அதற்கான சட்ட ரீதியான தீர்வுகள் குறித்து அரசுக்கு அறிக்கை அளிக்க ஓய்வுபெற்ற நீதியரசர் தலைமையில் குழு அமைத்து அரசாணை (நிலை) எண் : 27, நாள் : 11-06-2025 வெளியீடு
