பிறந்த தேதியை வாழ்நாளில் ஒரு முறை மட்டும் தான் திருத்த முடியும்.
ஆனால் உங்கள் Mobile Number & வீட்டு முகவரியை எத்தனை தடவை வேண்டுமானாலும் மாற்றிக் கொள்ள முடியும்.

LINK MOBILE NUMBER WITH AADHAAR
To update the Aadhar Card,
· Take your existing Aadhaar card and visit the nearest E-Sevai Maiyam. Provide a valid and active mobile number of your choice.
• After completing the required process, the old mobile number will be replaced with the new one provided.
• It is important to update mobile number in Aadhaar and to keep it active, as the Aadhaar number is used during the application process. The OTP will be sent only to the mobile number registered with Aadhaar.
Documents required for Aadhar Card Name correction (Any one)
• Passport
• Pan Card/ e-PAN
• Ration / PDS photo Card
• Voter Id/ e-Voter Id
· Driving Licence
• Disability Id Card/ handicapped medical certificate issued by the respective Central/State.
· ST/ SC/ OBC certificate with photograph ST/ SC/ OBC certificate with photograph.
• School Leaving Certificate (SLC)/ School Transfer Certificate (TC)/ Extract of School Records issued by
Head of School/ SSLC book/SSLC certificate/Mark Sheet issued by board.
• Tahsildar/Gazetted Officer Group"A'/Gazetted Officer Group 'B'/ EPFO Officer.
• Village Panchayat Head or Mukhiya or its equivalent authority (for rural areas),Village Panchayat Secretary.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR AADHAR CARD DOB CORRECTION (ANY ONE)
· Birth Certificate
• Passport
· PAN Card/e-PAN
• Marksheet issued by any recognized Government Board or University.
· School Leaving Certificate (SL.C)/ School Transfer Certificate (TC)/ Extract of School Records issued by Head of School/ SSLC book/ SSC certificate containing Name and Date of Birth.
• Photo ID card having Date of Birth, issued by Recognized Educational Institution.
