EMIS LAB ASSESSMENT APPLICATION | SELF DEPLOYMENT GUIDE (Windows OS)
Prerequisites
Before starting the deployment, ensure you have: A Windows system with administrator privileges
Active internet connection
Access to the download URL for EMIS Lab Assessment Application
■ Correct username and password for authentication
1. Download the Application Files
1. Open any web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
2. Paste the provided download URL in the address bar.

3. When prompted, enter the given username and password.
Username : emis-lab
Password : emis-lab@123
4. The file 'EmisApp.zip' will begin downloading automatically.
5. Once downloaded, it will be available in your 'Downloads' folder.
2. Extract the Application Files
1. Navigate to your 'Downloads' folder.
2. Locate the file named 'EmisApp.zip'.
3. Right-click on the file and select
'Extract All....
4. After extraction, a new folder named 'EmisApp' will appear.
5. Copy this inner 'EmisApp' folder and paste it into the 'C:\' drive.
3. Install the Application
1. Go to 'C: Drive and Open the EmisApp' folder.
2. Inside this folder, locate the installation executable file (e.g. 'setup.exe' or 'install.exe').
3. Double-click / Right Click - Open the file to begin the setup process.
4. When prompted for permission, click "Yes' to allow the installer to make changes.
5. The EMIS Lab Assessment Application will start installing automatically.
4. After Successful Installation
Once the installation completes successfully:EMIS Lab Assessment Application will be installed on your Windows machine.
A desktop shortcut may be created automatically.You can open the application using the desktop shortcut or from Start Menu.

Troubleshooting
If you face any issues:
Ensure your internet connection is active.
Re-run the installer as Administrator.
Check that you have sufficient permissions in the C:\ drive.
Contact your system administrator or support team if the issue persists.
Security Tip
After successful installation, delete the downloaded and extracted installation files from your Downloads folder for security and space management.
