Department Review meeting - under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble Chief Minister Instructions received from the Chief Minister's office Regarding. Communication of meeting schedule
It is proposed to conduct a review meeting under the Chairmanship of the. Hon'ble Chief Minister with the Departments as per the schedule attached.
2. In this regard, it is requested to prepare a concise presentation (not more than 20 slides with related photos) covering the following aspects of your department:
- Key Activities and functions;
- Action Plans: One-Year, Three-Year and Five-Year plans aligned with the Vision Document;
- Suggestions to improve transparency, efficiency and service delivery (incorporate best practices); and
- Key challenges faced.
3. It is requested that the proposal with financial implications need to be discussed with the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Finance Department.
4. The above presentation should be submitted to the Chief Minister's office at least two days in advance after obtaining the approval of the Chief Secretary to Government.
