ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு (TET) தொடர்பான வினாத்தாள் கசிவு முயற்சி ஒன்று, தேர்வு நடைபெறுவதற்கு ஒரு நாள் முன்னதாக மகாராஷ்டிர மாநிலம் பிவாண்டியில் முறியடிக்கப்பட்டது;
இதற்காக வினாத்தாள் கசிவு கும்பலைச் சேர்ந்த மூவர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர். டெல்லியிலிருந்து TET தேர்வுக்கான வினாத்தாள்களைக் கொண்டு வந்திருந்த குற்றம் சாட்டப்பட்டவர்கள், அவற்றை சுமார் 1.5 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பிலான பேரத்தின் மூலம் விற்கத் திட்டமிட்டிருந்ததாகக் காவல்துறை தெரிவித்தது.
ரகசியத் தகவல் ஒன்றின் அடிப்படையில் செயல்பட்ட பிவாண்டி காவல்துறையினர், அப்பேரம் நடைபெறுவதற்கு முன்பாகவே பொறி வைத்து அந்த மூவரையும் கைது செய்தனர். கைது செய்யப்பட்டவர்கள் பீகாரைச் சேர்ந்த ராஜீவ் ஷா மற்றும் ஆகாஷ் குமார், அத்துடன் ஹரியானாவைச் சேர்ந்த தீரஜ் சிங் என அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
அவர்களிடமிருந்து அலைபேசிகள், ரொக்கப் பணம் மற்றும் மறுநாள் நடைபெறவிருந்த தேர்வுக்கான நான்கு தொகுப்பு TET வினாத்தாள்கள் ஆகியவற்றை காவல்துறையினர் கைப்பற்றினர்.
கைப்பற்றப்பட்ட வினாத்தாள்களை மகாராஷ்டிர மாநிலத் தேர்வுக் குழும அதிகாரிகள் ஆய்வு செய்து, அவை உண்மையான வினாத்தாள்களுடன் ஒத்துப்போவதை உறுதிப்படுத்தினர். இந்தச் சரிபார்ப்புக்குப் பிறகு, பிவாண்டி காவல் நிலையத்தில் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டு, மேலதிக விசாரணை நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
A major paper leak involving the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) was foiled in Bhiwandi, a day before the scheduled examination, with the arrest of three alleged members of a paper leak racket.
Police said the accused had brought the TET question papers from Delhi and were allegedly preparing to sell them in a deal worth around Rs 1.5 crore.
Acting on a tip-off, the Bhiwandi police laid a trap and apprehended the three accused before the transaction could take place. The arrested men have been identified as Rajiv Shaw and Akash Kumar, both from Bihar, and Dheeraj Singh from Haryana.
Police recovered mobile phones, cash, and four sets of TET question papers meant for the examination scheduled the following day.
Officials from the Maharashtra State Council of Examination examined the seized papers and confirmed that they matched the original question papers. Following the verification, a case was registered at the Bhiwandi police station, and further investigation is underway.
