நண்பர்களே தற்போது கருவூலத் துறையில் இருந்து ஒவ்வொரு துறைக்கும் கீழ்காணும் வேலைகளை குறிப்பிட்ட தேதிக்குள் முடிக்கச் சொல்லி, செயல்முறைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
GBM 2.0 என்பது என்ன?
Global Beneficiary Master என்பது ஒருவருடைய தரவுகள் அதாவது அவர்களுடைய Personel Data எதுவும் இன்னொருவர் Data உடன் match ஆகி இருக்க கூடாது. அதாவது வங்கி கணக்கு எண், ஆதார் எண், பான் எண், மொபைல் எண். மெயில் ID போன்றவை ஒருவருக்கு உள்ளது இன்னொருவர் ID உடன் match ஆகி இருக்க கூடாது. மேலும் முகவரி. குடும்ப உறுப்பினர்கள் பெயர் போன்றவையும் பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
GBM 20 ID என்றால் என்ன?
GBM ID என்பது வங்கி கணக்கு எண். ஆதார் எண், பான் எண், மொபைல் எண், மெயில் ID போன்றவை ஒருவருக்கு மட்டும் இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் அவருக்கு
P0003619050
என்பது போன்ற எண் create ஆகும். இதனை எங்கு சென்று பார்ப்பது என்றால்

இதில் சென்று பார்க்கும் போது
1. GBI ID create
2. Beneficiary First Name இதில் நமது பெயருடன் initial வந்திருக்கும். உம் VIJAYAN V
3. Beneficiary Last Name/ Initial IFHRMS இல் இருந்து நமது Data அனைத்தும் எடுத்துள்ளதால் அங்கு உள்ளது போன்று தான் வரும். அங்கு initial நாம் தனியாக கொடுப்பது இல்லை ஆகவே பெயருடன் சேர்ந்து தான் இருக்கும்.
4. Gender, Father Name. Spouse Name. Community. Email ID. Mobile Number. Adhaar number. Name as per Adhaar, PAN, Ration card Number, Adult/Minor, differently abled PAN Ration
card Number. Adult/Minor போன்றவை பதிவேற்றம் செய்திருந்தாலும் இங்கு காண்பிக்காது. சில பேருக்கு காண்பிக்கலாம்.
5. Beneficiary Status - Active என்று இருக்கும்.
6. Beneficiary address -நமது profile பக்கத்தில் உள்ள முகவரி இங்கு இருக்கும். இரண்டு முகவரி உள்ளது போன்று இங்கு வந்தால் Profile சென்று ஒரு முகவரியினை டிக்கெட் வைத்து delete செய்யவும்.
7. Scheme & Account Detail Beneficiary type EMP στο
பெறும் வங்கியின் தகவல் அனைத்தும் காண்பிக்கப்படும்.
EMP & PEN என்று இரண்டு Row வந்திருந்தால் நீங்கள் மாத ஊதியம் மற்றும் family pension வாங்குகின்றீர்கள் என்று அர்த்தம்.
8. மாத ஊதியம் மற்றும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் பெறும் போது இரண்டு GBI ID இருக்குமா அல்லது
ஒரே GBI ID இருக்குமா என்றால் ஒன்று தான் இருக்கும்.
இதிலிருந்து நாம் தெரிந்து கொள்வது என்னவென்றால் GBM ID என்பது வங்கி கணக்கு எண், ஆதார் எண், பான் எண், மொபைல் எண், மெயில் ID போன்றவை எங்கு எல்லாம் கொடுத்து உள்ளோமோ அங்கிருந்து வரக்கூடிய பணப்பலன்கள் அனைத்தும் GBM ID மூலமாக இனி Transaction நடக்கும். பணப்பலன்கள் சரியான Beneficiaryன் வங்கி
கணக்கில் வரவு வைக்கப்படும். தவறே நடக்காது.
9. Beneficiary Bank account detail இல் வங்கி கணக்கு எண் காண்பிக்கப்படும்.
GBM data இல் தவறு உள்ளதா? அல்லது ஏதேனும் data பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்படாமல் உள்ளதா?
