There are two categories to the teacher list shared here:
1. District KRPs
2. Teachers chosen based on compliance.
For compliance, the following criteria were used for selecting teachers block-wise:
*Criteria for selection of Teachers - Block Wise*
1. Teacher-wise Term - 2 Summative assessment completion data.
2. Teacher-wise Term-3 Block level training attendance.
3. Teacher-wise December 2022 CRC quiz score.
The above 3 criteria were used to compare teachers within their block level. Teachers with the highest percentage in these criteria in thier respective blocks were shortlisted.
*For the purpose of tie-breaker the below criteria were considered*
B. Ennum Ezhuthum Teacher attendance for the month of January 2023
C. Teachers who had submitted feedback in the December 2022 CRC were given preference.
