    1. As per the Government direction, Teachers Recruitment Board conducted Teacher Eligibility Supplementary Examination for Paper-I and Paper-II on 14.10.2012. 2,78,725 candidates wrote exam for Paper I and 3,77,973 candidates wrote exam for Paper-II (Totally 6,56,698). The tentative answer keys were published on the website of the Teachers Recruitment Board and representations, objections etc. were invited from the candidates within one week. All the representations received within the stipulated time have been thoroughly examined by subject experts. After thorough scrutiny, a revised and final answer key has been arrived at and based on that, OMR answer sheets have been valued and provisional results of the written examination is published herein. 10397 candidates for Paper I and 8849 candidates for Paper II have scored 60% and above.
    2. During the computerized scanning of OMR answer sheets of the candidates, it was found quite a large number of candidates committed mistakes in marking/shading certain essentially required details for valuation in the OMR sheets. The candidates who have not marked question paper serial code in their OMR answer sheets their answer sheets could not be evaluated and hence rejected. For those who have written the serial code but not shaded or multiple shaded, written serial code alone has been considered. Those Candidates who have not written or shaded the language option in their OMR sheets, evaluation was done as per their option given in the application form. Candidates who have written and not shaded or multiple shaded their language option, written alone has been considered for evaluation. Candidates who have neither written nor shaded or multiple shaded their subject option in Paper II, OMR answer sheets are evaluated as per the option given in their application form. Candidates who have written their subject option in Paper II but multiple shaded or did not shade, written option alone has been considered for evaluation. In the case of candidates who have wrongly shaded/not shaded the Roll Numbers and using old Roll Number, the OMR answer sheets of those candidates were evaluated as per the actual Roll Number allotted to them for TNTET supplementary Examination 2012.
    3. Candidates who have scored 60% marks and above are being called for Certificate verification and are requested to produce valid documents at the time of Certificate Verification. The certificate verification begins from 6th November 2012 in all 32 Revenue District Headquarters.
    4. Candidates are advised to download the Certificate Verification letters and attend the Certificate Verification as per the schedule given therein. Call letters will not be sent through Post.
    5. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions given in the website, download the forms and bring all the original certificates along with two sets of Attested Xerox copies of certificates as per the Check list enclosed.
    6. Candidates called for Certificate Verification for Paper I (Secondary Grade Teachers) are advised, in addition to certificates, to bring the updated renewed original employment card along with two sets of xerox copies of the employment card duly attested by the concerned District Employment Officer without fail. The Directorate of Employment and Training have issued suitable instructions to the District Employment Officers in this regard.
    7. Utmost care has been taken in preparing the list and in publishing them. Teachers Recruitment Board reserves the right to correct any errors that may have crept in. Incorrect list will not confer any right of enforcement.

இதுதொடர்பாக ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள செய்திக்குறிப்பில், கடந்த ஜூலை 12ம் தேதி நடத்தப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வின் முடிவு கடந்த 24ம் தேதி வெளியிடப்பட்டது. தகுதித் தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்களில், பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு வரும் 7ம் தேதியும், இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு 8ம் தேதியும் சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு பணி நடைபெறுகிறது.
இதற்கான அழைப்புக் கடிதம் சம்பந்தப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இணையதளத்திலும்  அழைப்புக் கடிதம் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அழைப்புக் கடிதம் கிடைக்கப் பெறாதவர்கள், இணையதளத்தில் இருந்து அதனை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.

Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) – 2012
 
1. As per notification No.4/2012 dated 07.03.2012, Teachers Recruitment Board conducted Teacher Eligibility Test for Paper I and Paper-II on 12.07.2012. 2,88,588 candidates wrote exam for Paper-I and 3,88,175 candidates wrote exam for Paper-II. (Totally 6,76,763) The tentative answer keys was published on the website of the Teachers Recruitment Board and representations, objections etc. were invited from the candidates within one week. All the representations received within the stipulated time have been thoroughly examined by subject experts. After thorough scrutiny, a revised and final answer key has been arrived at and based on that, OMR answer sheets have been valued and provisional results of the written examination is published herein.
2. Candidates who have secured 60% marks and above are declared to have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test subject to the Certificate Verification and production of valid documents at the time of Certificate Verification. Dates for Certificate Verification will be announced shortly.
3. The Board on a sympathetic note, permitted candidates to carry out certain corrections for their mistakes in the application forms. But the same concession can not be extended in the answer sheets in a competitive examinations. Therefore, the Teachers Recruitment Board has resolved to deduct 5 marks for candidates who failed to indicate booklet series in the OMR answer sheets. For those candidates who failed to indicate their subject option in Paper II, the Board has resolved to deduct 3 marks those candidates who failed to indicate the correct language option, the Board resolved to deduct 2 marks. Candidates who took their original OMR answer sheets with them, their candidature has been cancelled and the Board has also directed to initiate departmental action against the Hall Invigilators for their negligent conduct. OMR Answer sheets of candidates who wrote different roll number other than the actual roll number allotted to them have not been valued and their candidatures have also been cancelled. Some candidates have written examination paper other than mentioned in their application form. Their OMR answer sheets are not evaluated and candidature cancelled. Board has also resolved to initiate departmental action against the concerned Hall invigilators. In some cases, the signatures in the OMR sheets do not match with the signatures in application form. candidature of such case, has been declared as invalid and the Board has also resolved that they will be debarred from writing any examination conducted by Teachers Recruitment Board for the next five years.
4. Many candidates had requested for correction in their name spellings. They were permitted to correct their name by following the prescribed procedures at the time of examination by submitting suitable documentary evidence. Candidates who have carried out correction in their names in the OMR answer sheets , but failed to submit documentary evidence, their request has not been considered in the absence of documentary evidence.
5. In HNUBR Girls Higher Secondary School, Nilakottai and Kikani Higher Secondary School, Coimbatore, the OMR answer sheet meant for Paper II was supplied for Paper-I. In HNUBR Girls Higher Secondary School, Nilakottai, Dindigul District the OMR answer sheet meant for Paper-I was supplied for Paper-II. The Board regrets for the mistake committed by the Hall Invigilators, but the appropriate action was taken to evaluate the Answer sheets correctly as per their question papers. Candidates are also requested to bring to the notice of the Board if they find any discrepancy, the Board undertakes to correct it.

ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெளியிட்ட இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வுக்கான கீ ஆன்சரில் பதில்கள் குழப்பமாக உள்ளன.
இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு ஜூலை 12ல் தகுதி தேர்வு நடந்தது. இத்தேர்வுக்கான கீ ஆன்சர்களை டி.ஆர்.பி., நேற்று வெளியிட்டது. இதில், ஏ, பி, சி, டி ஆகிய பிரிவுகளில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள ஒரே கேள்விக்கு வெவ்வேறு பதில்கள் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது குழப்பத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியது.
உதாரணமாக, "சி" பிரிவில் ஆங்கிலம் பகுதியில் 78வது கேள்வியாக "அசெம்பிள்" வார்த்தைக்கு அர்த்தம் "மேணுபேக்சர்" என்றும், "டி" பிரிவில் 61வதாக இடம்பெற்றுள்ள இதே கேள்விக்கு "பிட்"' என்றும் கீ ஆன்சரில் விடை குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதேபோல், ஆங்கிலத்தில் மட்டும், ஏ, பி, சி, டி பிரிவுகளில் பல கேள்விகளுக்கு விடைகள் வெவ்வேறாக தரப்பட்டுள்ளன. இதனால், எந்த "ஆன்சர்" சரியானது என்று தெரியவில்லை என தேர்வு எழுதியவர்கள் குழப்பத்தில் உள்ளனர்.
பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் தேர்வுக்கான, டி.இ.டி., இரண்டாம் தாள் தேர்வு விடைகள் ஏற்கனவே, இணையதளத்தில் வெளியிடப்பட்டு, அதன் மீதான ஆட்சேபனைகளை, 30ம் தேதி வரை தெரிவிக்கலாம் என, ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligiblity Test 2012 - Special Instructions
Teachers Recruitment Board is conducting Teacher Eligibility Test on 12.7.2012. In this regard, TRB received complaints that some applicants had submitted in the DEO’s office but they have not received call letters. The TRB had put in its website details of all applications received on 20.5.2012 and had asked candidates to verify their details and report to the TRB if there is any complaints/discrepancy. Before the issue of hall tickets, TRB has received 71 representations regarding the non availability of their details in the website and they are under verification.
Many candidates have failed to verify their details and represent to Teachers Recruitment Board on time. Now, after issue of hall tickets, some more candidates are representing that they have not received the hall tickets. Though they have failed to verify their details and represent in time they are unreasonably arguing in the TRB Headquarters. To afford last opportunity to the genuine candidates, the Board has decided to send its Officers for spot verification as per the schedule below. The candidates who have not received the hall tickets are advised to meet the officers in person at the concerned Headquarters along with (i) copy of their application form (ii) copy of challan and (iii)acknowledgement/endorsement for submission of application at DEO Office where application was submitted.
