உங்களுக்கு மூன்றாம் நிலை தேர்வு எழுத விருப்பமா ?

ஆசிரியருக்கு வாழ்த்துகள் !

கனவு ஆசிரியர் 2023-இன் நிலை 2-ஐ வெற்றிகரமாக முடித்துவிட்டீர்கள் . கீழே உள்ள தகவல்களைப் படிப்பதன் வாயிலாக, கனவு ஆசிரியர் 2023 இன் நிலை 3-க்கு உங்களைத் தயார்படுத்திக்கொள்ளுங்கள் .

கனவு ஆசிரியர் நிலை 3 தேர்வு பின்வரும் நாட்களில் நடத்தப்படும். ஜூன் 26, ஜூன் 27, ஜூன் 28, ஜூன் 30 மற்றும் ஜூலை 3.

உங்கள் வாய்மொழித் தேர்வு மேற்கூறிய நாட்களில் ஏதேனும் ஒரு நாளில் 3 pm முதல் 7 pm வரை குழுக்கள் வாரியாக நடத்தப்படும். உங்கள் ஒவ்வொருவரின் பங்களிப்பிற்கான தேதியும் நேரமும் விரைவில் தெரிவிக்கப்படும் .

குறிப்பு : தேர்வைப் பற்றிய ஏதேனும் கேள்விகள் இருந்தால் , kanavuaasiriyar@tnschools.gov.in என்ற முகவரிக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்பவும். உடனுக்குடன் உங்களுக்கு விடைகள் கிடைக்கும். அவ்வாறு அனுப்பப்படும் மின்னஞ்சலில் உங்கள் பெயர் மற்றும் பதிவு எண் ஆகியவற்றை Subject பகுதியில் குறிப்பிட்டால் உங்களுக்கான விடைகளுடன் மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்பப்படும் . அவ்வாறு குறிப்பிடத் தவறினால் , உங்கள் கேள்விகள் பரிசீலிக்கப்படமாட்டாது.

தேர்வு அமைப்பு

வ.எண் தலைப்பு மதிப்பெண்கள் தயாரிப்பு நேரம் வழங்கல் நேரம்

1. பாடம் சார்ந்தது 15 5 நிமிடங்கள் 5 நிமிடங்கள்

2. பொதுவானது 10 5 நிமிடங்கள் 5 நிமிடங்கள்

வாய்மொழித் தேர்வானது 20 நிமிட காலஅளவில் நடத்தப்படும். இதில் பங்கேற்கும் ஆசிரியர் 2 தலைப்புகளில் பங்கேற்பார் . 

தலைப்பு 1 : பாடம் சார்ந்தது

பங்கேற்பாளருக்கு அவர்கள் பதிவு செய்த பாடம் தொடர்பான தலைப்பு கொடுக்கப்படும். (கனவு ஆசிரியர் 2023 பதிவின் போது )

பங்கேற்பாளர் தங்களுக்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்ட 3 தலைப்புகளில் 1 தலைப்பைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்க வேண்டும்.

பங்கேற்பாளருக்கு தயார் செய்ய 5 நிமிடங்களும் பின்னர் வழங்க 5 நிமிடங்களும் கொடுக்கப்படும்.

பங்கேற்பாளர் ஒரு வகுப்பில் மாணவர்களுக்குக் கற்பிப்பதைப் போல வழங்க வேண்டும்.

தலைப்பு 2 : பொதுவானது

பங்கேற்பாளருக்கு பாடம் சாராத பொதுவான தலைப்பு கொடுக்கப்படும்.

பங்கேற்பாளர் தங்களுக்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்ட 3 தலைப்புகளில் 1 தலைப்பைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்க வேண்டும்.

பங்கேற்பாளருக்கு தயார் செய்ய 5 நிமிடங்களும் பின்னர் வழங்க 5 நிமிடங்களும் கொடுக்கப்படும்.

பங்கேற்பாளர் நேரலையில் இருக்கும் நடுவர்களிடம் பேசவேண்டும்.

வீடியோ சார்ந்த நேரலை பங்களிப்பிற்கு பயன்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டிய மொழி:

1. தலைப்பு 1-ற்கு

பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் ஆங்கிலத்தை தங்கள் பயிற்று மொழியாகப் பதிவு செய்திருந்தால் , ஆங்கிலம் அல்லது தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தைக் கலந்து பயன்படுத்தலாம். உங்கள் வழங்குதல் முழுவதுமாக தமிழில் இருக்கக் கூடாது என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. வேறு எந்த மாற்றும் மொழியையும் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம் .

தமிழ் மொழிக்காகப் பதிவு செய்த பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் , தமிழ் அல்லது ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் தமிழைக் கலந்து பயன்படுத்தலாம் .

2. தலைப்பு 2 - ற்கு

ஆங்கிலத்தை தங்கள் பயிற்று மொழியாகப் பதிவு செய்த பங்கேற்பாளரகள் ஆங்கிலத்தில் மட்டுமே பேசவேண்டும்.

தமிழ் மொழிக்காகப் பதிவு செய்த பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் தமிழில் மட்டுமே பேச வேண்டும்.

தேர்விற்கு முந்தைய தயாரிப்பு :

தேர்வில் கலந்து கொள்ள பின்வரும் சாதனங்களில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்றைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம் - அலை பேசி, மடிக்கணினி அல்லது மேசைக்கணினி . அச்சாதனம் முழுமையாக சார்ஜ் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதா என்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

பங்கேற்பாளர் தனது பங்கேற்பு நேரம் முழுவதும் வீடியோ மற்றும் ஆடியோ On செய்ய அனுமதிக்கும் தன்மையுடைய இணைய இணைப்பு பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் . பங்கேற்பாளர் தேர்வை எதிர்கொள்ள நிலையான 4G இணைப்பு அல்லது அதற்கு சமமான பிராட்பேண்ட் இணைப்பு பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

பங்கேற்பாளர் தேர்வின் போது வேறுயாரும் இல்லாமல் அமைதியான இடத்தில் அமர வேண்டும்.

பங்கேற்பாளர் தேர்விற்கு முன் தன் சாதனததின் ஆடியோ மற்றும் வீடியோ தரத்தை சரிபார்க்க வேண்டும்.

பங்கேற்பாளர் தேர்விற்குத் தயாராகும் போது தனக்குத் தேவைப்படும் பொதுருட்களைத் தயாராக வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும். மற்ற எந்த கற்பித்தல் கருவிகளும் கட்டாயமில்லை என்றாலும் , பங்கேற்பாளர் விரும்பினால் , அவர்கள் தங்கள் பதில்களை விளக்குவதற்கு கரும்பலகை , வெள்ளை பலகை அல்லது ஒரு துண்டு காகிதம் மற்றும் பேனாவை மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தலாம்.

பங்கேற்பாளர் ஏற்கனவே தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட குறிப்புகளை எடுத்துச் செல்ல அனுமதிக்கப் படமாட்டார் . Zoom - இன் White Board அல்லது திரையைப்பகிர அனுமதிக்க இயலாது . தேர்விற்கு பயன் படுத்தப்படும் சாதனத்தைத் தவிர வேறு எந்த மின்னணு சாதனங்களையும் எடுத்துச்செல்லக்கூடாது.

Zoom செயலியைப் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்ய வேண்டும். பங்கேற்பாளர் இந்த செயலியைப் பயன்படுத்தி மட்டுமே பங்கேற்க வேண்டும் . தேர்வு விதிமுறைகள் படி , இணையம் வழி பங்கேற்பதை அனுமதிக்க முடியாது .

பங்கேற்பாளர் தனது Zoom பெயரைத் தங்கள் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட பெயர்_பதிவு எண் ஆக மாற்றுவதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும் . உங்கள் சாதனத்தின் பெயரைத் மாற்ற, அவர் பின்வரும் வழிகளைப் பின்பற்றலாம் :

பங்கேற்பாளர்களிடம் சென்று , அவர்களின் தற்போதைய சாதனத்தின் பெயரைக் கிளிக் செய்து , Rename என்பதைக் கிளிக்செய்து , அவர்களின் பெயர் மற்றும் பதிவு எண்ணைத் தட்டச்சு செய்து , Rename/OK என்பதைக் கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

பங்கேற்பாளர் அரசாங்கத்தால் அங்கீகரிக்கப் பட்ட தன்னுடைய அடையாளச் சான்றிதழை (ஏதேனும் ஒன்று ) தேர்வின் போது வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும் .

தேர்விற்கான குறிப்புகள்

ஒரு தனி Link வாயிலாக Zoom-இல் தேர்வு நடத்தப்படும் . அங்கு ஒரு நடுவர் பங்கேற்பாளருக்கு நியமிக்கப்படுவார்.

உங்களுக்கான Zoom தேர்வு இணைப்பு , உங்களின் தேர்வு நாளிற்கு 3 நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு உங்கள் EMIS தளத்தில் உள்ள ‘கனவு ஆசிரியர் 2023 மெனுவில்’ பதிவேற்றப்படும்.

தேர்வு 20 நிமிடங்களுக்கு திட்டமிடப்படும் ; இருப்பினும் , பங்கேற்பாளர் அவர்களுக்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்ட Slot 2 மணி நேரமும் இணைப்பில் இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும். எ.கா.: பங்கேற்பாளரின் Slot பிற்பகல் 3:30 மணிக்கு இருந்தால் , அவர் மாலை 5:30 மணி வரை தங்களைத் தயார் நிலையில் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

பங்கேற்பாளர் அவர்களின் தேர்வு நேரத்திற்கு 10 நிமிடங்களுக்கு முன்பு செயலியில் உள் நுழைய வேண்டும் . 5. தேர்வு நேரம் முழுவதும் வீடியோ மற் றும் ஆடியோ On செய்து வைத்து இருக்க வேண்டும் .

தேர்வு நேரம் முழுவதும் வீடியோ மற்றும் ஆடியோ On செய்து வைத்து இருக்க வேண்டும் .

பங்கேற்பாளர் , Zoom மூலம் நடுவரிடம் நிலை 2-இன் Hall Ticket-ஐக் காண்பிக்கும் படி கேட்கப்படுவார் . அச்சிடப்பட்ட Hall Ticket மட்டுமே அனுமதிக்கப்படும் . Image file அனுமதிக்கப்படாது.

தயாரிப்பின் போது, பங்கேற்பாளர் எந்த புத்தகம் உள்ளிட்ட எந்தவளங்களையும் பயன்படுத்தக்கூடாது

தேர்வின் போது மின்னணு சாதனங்களைப் பயன்படுத்துவது கண்டிப்பாகத் தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

பங்கேற்பாளர் தயாரிப்பு அல்லது வழங்கல் நேரத்தில் வேறுயாருடனும் பேசக்கூடாது .

ஏதேனும் சந்தேகங்கள் இருப்பின், பங்கேற்பாளர், அங்குள்ள நடுவரிடம் கேட்டுத் தெளிவுறலாம்.

தேர்வுக்குப் பிறகு, நடுவர் உறுதிப்படுத்தியபின், பங்கேற்பாளர் அந்த அறையை விட்டு வெளியேறலாம்.

You have successfully completed Level 2 of the Kanavu Aasiriyar 2023.

Kindly go through the information below to prepare yourself for the Level 3 of the Kanavu Aasiriyar 2023.

Test Date : Level 3 will be conducted on the following dates.

June 26th, June 27th, June 28th, June 30th and July 3rd.

Your verbal communication test will be conducted batch-wise on one of these dates between 3pm to 7pm. The specific date and time slot of your presentation will be updated shortly.

Test Structure

The Verbal Communication test is of 20 minutes duration where the participant will be presenting on 2 topics.

Topic 1 : Subject Specific

The participant will be given a topic related to the test track they had registered for. (during the time of registration for Kanavu Aasiriyar 2023)

The participant will have to choose 1 topic out of the 3 topics given to them.

The participant will be given 5 minutes to prepare and then 5 minutes to present.

The participant will be required to present on the topic as if they are addressing a class of students.

Topic 2 : Generic

The participant will be given a topic of general nature.

The participant will have to choose 1 topic out of the 3 topics given to them.

The participant will be given 5 minutes to prepare and then 5 minutes to present.

The participant will be addressing the judges present directly.

Language to be used for the live video based demonstration:

1. For Topic 1

Participants who had registered for English as their medium, may use either English or a mix of Tamil and English. Note that it should not be in Tamil entirely. Do not use any other language.

Participants who had registered for Tamil as their medium, may use either Tamil or a mix of English & Tamil.

1. For Topic 2

Participants who had registered for English as their medium must speak in English only.

Participants who had registered for Tamil as their medium must speak in Tamil only

Preparation before the test:

Any of the following devices can be used to attend the test- a mobile phone, laptop, or desktop. It needs to be ensured that it is fully charged.

The participant must have a good internet connection that allows their video and audio to be ON throughout. The participant must have a stable 4G connection or an equivalent broadband connection to be able to attempt the test.

The participant should be seated in a quiet space without anyone else’s presence while taking the test.

The participant must check the audio and video quality of the device before the test.

The participant needs to be prepared with whatever materials they might need during the preparation of the test.Kindly note that while it is not mandatory, if the participant wishes, they can use a blackboard, whiteboard or a piece of paper and a pen ONLY to explain their answers.

The participant will not be allowed to carry pre-written notes. Zoom’s whiteboard or share the screen will not be allowed. They shouldn’t carry any other electronic devices other than the device that is being used for the test.

ZOOM application should be downloaded, the participant should only join using this app. Joining from the web, won’t support the test process.

Download Zoom for windows here: https://zoom.us/download?os=win The participant must ensure to change their zoom name to their Registered Name_Registration ID. To edit the system name, he/she can follow the following steps:

Go to participants, click on their current system name, click on rename, type their Name and RegistrationID, and click on rename/OK.

The participant must keep any ID proof (government) with them for the duration of the test.

Logistics of the test

The test will be conducted on Zoom through a breakout room where the participant will be assigned to a judge.

Your unique zoom test link will be uploaded on the ‘Kanavu Aasiriyar 2023 menu’ on your EMIS portal 3 days before your test date.

The test will be scheduled for 20 mins; however, the participant must ensure that they are available for the entire duration of 2 hours from the start time of their slot. For e.g.: if the participant’s slot is at 3:30 PM, He / She must make themselves available till 5:30 PM.

The participant must login 10 minutes before their slot time.

The video and audio must be on throughout the test.

The participant will be asked to show their Level 2 hall ticket to the judge through Zoom, ONLY PRINT OUT is allowed, SOFT COPIES are not allowed.

During the preparation, the participant cannot refer to any material

Using electronic devices during the test is strictly prohibited.

The participant must NOT talk to anyone during the preparation or presentation time.

In case of any doubts, the participant can get them clarified from the judge present.

After the test, once the judge confirms, the participant can exit the meeting room.
