Safety & Security - II Installment
பள்ளிகளில் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டியவை:
1. ரூ. 1,000/- பெறப்பட்டதை EMIS வலைத்தளத்தில் Schools -->Finance -->Income & Expenses என்ற இடத்தில் உடனடியாக வரவு வைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
2. மாணவர் பாதுகாப்பு ஆலோசனைக் குழு (Students Safeguarding Advisory Committee - SSAC) உருவாக்குதல் [பள்ளித் தலைமையாசிரியர் தலைமையில், 2 ஆசிரியர்கள், 1 பெற்றோர் ஆசிரியர் கழக உறுப்பினர், 1 ஆசிரியரல்லாத பணியாளர், 1 நிர்வாகப் பணியாளர், 1 வெளி உறுப்பினர் (விருப்பப்பட்டால்)]
3.மாணவர் மனசு - பாதுகாப்பு பெட்டி (Safety Box) வைத்தல் ( 4. 5*12*7 அங்குலம் நீளம், அகலம் மற்றும் உயரம்)
4. விழிப்புணர்வு நெகிழ் பலகை (Flex Board) வைத்தல் (6 அடி நீளம் மற்றும் 4 அடி அகலம்)
5. மேற்கண்ட பணிகளின் விவரங்களை EMISல் உடனடியாக பதிவேற்றம் செய்தல்
Dashboard -> School Option -> Select CSA Compliance ->Select Yes ->
5.1 SSAC Member Details ->Click Submit Button
5.2 Placement of Safety Boxes - - Select Yes -> Upload the Image
5.2.a) Upload image 1 : Upload Full Box Image
5.2.b) Upload image 2 : Upload the picture to show where the box is placed and at what Height
5.2.c) Comment Box : Type the location where the Safety Box is Placed* -> Click Submit Button
5.3.Awareness Posters - > Select Yes -> Upload the Image
5.3.a) Upload image 1 : Upload Full Poster Image
5.3.b) Upload image 2 : Upload the picture to show where the Poster is placed and at what Height
5.3.c) Comment Box : Type the location where the Poster is Placed* -> Click Submit Button
