--> E.Mail (Block or School Email)
--> Enter Mobile No.
-> Enter signup
--> Enter OTP
--> Select Field Offices
--> Enter Mobile No.
-> Enter OTP
--> Proceed
-->click New Action Report
> Fill the Action Report Form
