In the letter third read above, the Chairman cum Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited, has requested the Government to accord permission to fill up 8,000 posts of Field Assistant in Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited, in phased manner i.e., 5,000 posts in the calendar year 2027 and 3,000 posts in the calendar year 2028 by Direct Recruitment through Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
