The Commission after taking into consideration the crucial role played by EROs and AEROs in the preparation and revision of Electoral Rolls, has directed that following annual honorarium should be granted to the Electoral Registration Officers (ERO) and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AERO):

● Electoral Registration Officers (ERO) – Rs. 30,000/-

● Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AERO) - Rs. 25,000/-

2. The instruction shall be brought to the notice of all concerned for compliance.

Election Commission doubles the remuneration for Booth Level Officers; 

Enhances remuneration for BLO Supervisors

ECI also decides to give honorarium to ERO & AEROs 

Pure electoral rolls are the bedrock of democracy. The electoral roll machinery, consistingof Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), BLO Supervisors and Booth Level Officers (BLOs), do a lot of hard work and play a pivotal role in preparation of impartial and transparent electoral rolls. The Commission has therefore, decided to double the annual remuneration for BLOs & also enhanced the remuneration of BLO Supervisors involved in the preparation and revision of electoral rolls. The last such revision was done in 2015. Also, honorarium has been provided for EROs and AEROs for the first time.

Besides, this, the Commission had also approved a special incentive of Rs 6,000/- for BLOs for Special Intensive Revision (SIR) starting from Bihar. 

This decision reflects the Election Commission’s commitment to adequately compensate election personnel who work tirelessly at the field level to maintain accurate electoral rolls, assist voters, and strengthen the electoral process.

வாக்குச்சாவடி நிலை அலுவலா்களுக்கான ஊதியம் ரூ.7,150 லிருந்து ரூ.12000 ஆகவும், மேற்பாா்வையாளர்களுக்கான ஊதியம் ரூ12000 லிருந்து 18000 ஆகவும் உயா்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

ORDER:-

In the Government Orders first to fourth read above, orders were issued for sanction of flat rate allowances for the personnel drafted for clection duty as per the rates indicated therein. The Election Commission of India, in its letter fifth read above, has issued consolidated instructions and rates of remuneration in connection with payment of remuneration. The remuneration is payable to the Polling Personnel on the day of poll and to the Counting Personncl on the completion of counting of votes.

2. In connection with the General Elections to Lok Sabha, 2024 from the 39 Parliamentary Constituencies in the State and Bye-election to Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from 233.Vilavancode Assembly Constituency for which polling is scheduled for 19th April 2024, the requirement of funds for payment of remuneration to polling, counting and certain other categories of personnel has been worked out as indicated in the Annexure-Il to this order.

3. Sanction is accorded under Article 99 of Tamil Nadu Financial Code,Volume-I for drawal of a temporary advance of Rs.58,58,26,000/- (Rupces Fifty eight crores fifty eight lakhs and twenty six thousand only) as indicatcd in the

2019 & 2021 தேர்தல்கள் மதிப்பூதியம் - தேர்தல் பணியில் ஈடுபடும் அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு கடந்த ஆண்டைக் காட்டிலும் குறைவான ஊதியம் வழங்க உள்ளதா தேர்தல் ஆணையம்...?

 

2019ல் நாடாளுமன்ற தேர்தலில் வாக்குச் சாவடி தலைமை அலுவலர்களுக்கும், முதல் வாக்குப் பதிவு அலுவலர்களுக்கும் (PO 1) மூன்று பயிற்சி நாட்களுக்கான மதிப்பூதியம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

ஆனால் தற்போது 2021ல் சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலில் வாக்குச் சாவடி தலைமை அலுவலர்களுக்கும், அனைத்து வாக்குப் பதிவு அலுவலர்களுக்கும் இரண்டு பயிற்சி நாட்களுக்கான மதிப்பூதியம்  மட்டுமே வழங்கப்படும் எனக் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தல் பணியில் ஈடுபடும் அதிகாரிகள் முதல் கடைநிலை ஊழியர்கள் வரை ஊதியம் நிர்ணயம் -தேர்தல் பிரிவு அதிகாரிகள் தகவல்...

 சட்டமன்ற தேர்தல் பணியில் ஈடுபடும் அதிகாரிகள் முதல் கடைநிலை ஊழியர்கள் வரை ஊதியம் நிர்ணயம் செய்து இந்திய தேர்தல் ஆணையம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளதாக அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்தனர். தமிழகம் முழுவதும் சட்டமன்ற தேர்தல் வரும் 6 ம் தேதி நடக்கிறது. வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை மே 2 ம் தேதி நடக்கிறது. அதற்காக தேர்தல் பணியில் ஈடுபடும் அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு முதற் கட்டம் மற்றும் 2 ஆம் கட்ட தேர்தல் பயிற்சிகள் நடத்தி முடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தேர்தல் இறுதிக்கட்ட பணிகள் முழுவீச்சில் நடந்து வருகிறது. இந்நிலையில் தேர்தல் பணியில் ஈடுபடும் அதிகாரிகள் முதல் கடை நிலை ஊழியர்கள் வரை ஊதியம் நிர்ணயம் செய்து உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. 

இது குறித்து தேர்தல் பிரிவு அதிகாரிகள் கூறியதாவது : 

சட்டமன்ற தேர்தல் மற்றும் மக்களவை இடைத் தேர்தல் நடத்தப்படுகிறது. இந்த தேர்தல் பணியில் லட்சக்கணக்கான மத்திய , மாநில அரசு ஊழியர்கள் ஈடுபட உள்ளனர். தேர்தல் பணியில் ஈடுபடுவதற்காக தனியாக ஊதியம் நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது . அதன்படி வாக்குப் பதிவு தலைமை அலுவலர் , வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை சூப்பர்வைசர் , அறை சூப்பர்வைசர் ஆகியோருக்கு ஒரு நாளைக்கு 350ம் , வாக்குப்பதிவு அலுவலர் , எண்ணிக்கை உதவி அலுவலர் ஆகியோருக்கு ஒரு நாளைக்கு 250 ம் மற்றும் கடைநிலை ஊழியர்களுக்கு 150ம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. ஒரு நாளைக்கு உணவு படிக்கு 150 ம் , வீடியோ கண்காணிப்புகுழு , வீடியோ பார்வையிடும் குழு , கணக்கு குழு , தணிக்கை கண்காணிப்பு குழு , தேர்தல் கண்காணிப்பு அறை , தகவல் மைய ஊழியர் கள் , மீடியா சான்றிதழ் குழு , கண்காணிப்பு குழு , பறக்கு படை குழு , நிலை யான கண்காணிப்பு குழு , செலவின கண்காணப்பு குழு உள்ளிட்ட குழுக்க ளில் பணிபுரியும் அரசு அலுவலர்களுக்கு ₹ 1200 , 1000 மற்றும் கடைநிலை ஊழியர்களுக்கு 720 ம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. நுண்ணறிவு பார்வையாளர்களுக்கு 1000 ம் , உதவி தேர்தல் செலவின பார்வையாளர்களளுக்கு 17.500 ம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இதுதவிர தேர்தல் பணிக்காக பயிற்சிக்கு செல்லும் போதும் 4 நாட்களும் , தேர்தலின் வாக்குப்பதிவுக்கு வாக்குச்சாவடிக்கு செல்லும் போது 2 நாடகளும் தேர்தல் பணி செய்த நாட்களுக்கும் ஊதியம் வழங்க உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
