I invite the kind attention to the references cited In the reference 6th cited, communication has been sent to all the District Collectors/ Treasury officers/ Pension Pay Officers / All Organisations /Director of Medical and Rural Health Services and Director of Medical Education (for providing TNMAR) to place the medical reimbursement claims pertaining to the treatment period from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024 in Dictrict Level Empowered Committee on or before 14.02.2025.

As mentioned in the reference 6 th cited, the cut-off date for forwarding the reimbursement claims to United India Insurance Company by the PPO/TOs/Head Office / Head of Organizations was 20.09.2024 and time has lapsed. In this connection, it is requested to place all the reimbursement claim documents for admissions from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024 in District Level Empowered Committee on or before 14.02.2025.

Hence, all the District Collectors are requested to give top priority this subject matter and issue necessary instructions to the Joint Director of Health Services / Treasury Officers to place all pending cases before the District Level Empowered Committee on or before 14.02.2025 and send the committee recommendations (for each case) to United India Insurance Company Limited / Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts or concerned Head of Departments for settling reimbursement of medical claims to the individuals / petitioners without any delay.

This may be treated as most urgent.

அஞ்சல் துறை சாா்பில் தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம் , இந்தி ஆகிய மூன்று மொழிகளில் கடிதம் எழுதும் போட்டி நடைபெறவுள்ளது.

வரும் ஜனவரி 31 ஆம் தேதிக்குள் கடிதங்களை அனுப்பலாம் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இது குறித்து அஞ்சல் துறை சாா்பில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட செய்திக் குறிப்பு: தேசிய அளவில் அஞ்சல் துறை சாா்பில் கடிதம் எழுதும் போட்டி ஆண்டுதோறும் நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

நிகழாண்டில் 'எண்ம யுகத்தில் கடிதத்தின் முக்கியத்துவம்' எனும் தலைப்பில் கடிதம் எழுதும் போட்டி நடைபெறவுள்ளது.

இதில் பள்ளி மாணவா்கள் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து வயதினரும் கலந்து கொள்ளலாம்.

இந்த கடிதம் ஆங்கிலம், தமிழ், இந்தி மொழிகளில் உள்நாட்டு கடிதத்தில் 500 வாா்த்தைகளுக்கு மிகாமலும், 'ஏ4' தாளில் 1,000 வாா்த்தைகளுக்கு மிகாமலும் எழுதி அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.

18 வயதுக்கு கீழ் / மேல் உள்ளேன் என சுயச்சான்று அளித்து போட்டியில் பங்கேற்கலாம்.

இப்போட்டியில் தேசிய அளவில் முதல் பரிசு ரூ.50,000, இரண்டாம் பரிசு ரூ.25,000, மூன்றாம் பரிசு ரூ.10,000 வழங்கப்படும்.

அதேபோல் மாநில அளவில் முதல் பரிசு ரூ.25,000, இரண்டாம் பரிசு ரூ.10,000, மூன்றாம் பரிசு ரூ.5,000 வழங்கப்படும்.

பார்வை 4-ல்‌ காணும்‌ தமிழ்நாடு பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்‌ கழகம்‌ விண்ணப்ப கடிதத்தில்‌ பள்ளிகளில்‌ பணிபுரியும்‌ ஆசிரியர்கள்‌ கல்வியாண்டின்‌ இடையில்‌, வயது முதிர்வு காரணமாக ஓய்வு பெறும்‌ ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு கல்வி ஆண்டில்‌ கடைசி வேலை நாள்‌ வரை (Upto the end of Academic Session) மறுநியமனம்‌ வழங்கப்படுகிறது. அப்பணிக்காலத்திற்கான ஊதியம்‌ பங்களிப்பு ஒய்வூதியத்தில்‌ உள்ளோருக்கு பார்வை 2-ல்‌ குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள ஒய்வு பெறுவதற்கு முன்னர்‌ கடைசியாக பெற்ற ஊதியமே மறுநியமன காலத்திற்கான ஊதியமாக வழங்க வேண்டும்‌ என விண்ணப்பித்துள்ளனர்‌.

பார்வை 1-ல்‌ குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள அரசாணையின்படி பங்களிப்பு ஒய்வூதிய திட்டத்தில்‌ ஒய்வுபெற்றவர்கள்‌ கடைசியாக பெற்ற ஊதியத்தில்‌ (அரசின்‌ பங்களிப்பு 10% -*- பணியாளர்‌ பங்களிப்பு 10%) பிடித்தம்‌ செய்து மீதமுள்ள தொகையை மறுநியமன கால ஊதியமாக நிர்ணயம்‌ செய்ய ஆணை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வலுவலகத்தில்‌ முன்னிலைபடுத்தப்பட்ட மறுநியமன ஊதியத்திற்கான பட்டியல்‌ அரசாணை 16 (நிதி) நாள்‌: 28.01.2020-ஐ சுட்டிகாட்டி தணிக்கை மேற்கொண்டு பட்டியல்‌ திருப்பப்பட்டது என்பதையும்‌ தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறேன்‌..

இந்நேர்வில்‌ மறுநியமன கால ஊதியம்‌ அனுமதித்தல்‌ தொடர்பாக தக்க தெளிவுரை வழங்கிட வேண்டி இக்கடிதம்‌ பணிவுடன்‌ சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படுகிறது.
