Procedure for registering Teacher & Student's attendance in TNSED Attendance App in primary / middle schools from 15.04.2025
ஆசிரியர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் வணக்கம்
🕹️வரும் 15.04.2025 ஆம் தேதி முதல் தொடக்க / நடுநிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் எவ்வாறு TNSED Attendance App-ல் வருகை பதிவு செய்வது என்பதை பார்க்கலாம்
🕹️12.04.2025 ஆம் தேதி முதல் 1 முதல் 3 ஆம் வகுப்புகளுக்கு பெரும்பாலான மாவட்டங்களில் விடுமுறை அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவ்வாறு விடுமுறை அளிக்கப்பட்ட மாவட்டங்களில் வருகை பதிவினை எவ்வாறு மேற்கொள்வது என்பதை பார்ப்போம்.
🕹️முதலில் TNSED Attendance App-ல் பள்ளியின் UDISE Login & Password மூலம் Login செய்யவும்.
🕹️முதலில் Today Status-ல் என்ற தளத்தில் Partially Working என்று குறிப்பிடவும்
🕹️அடுத்ததாக காண்பிக்கப்படும் அட்டவணையில் தொடக்கப்பள்ளிகள் 4, 5 வகுப்பிற்கு வேலை நாட்களாகவும் நடுநிலைப் பள்ளிகள் நான்கு முதல் எட்டாம் வகுப்பிற்கு வேலை நாட்களாகவும் குறிக்கவும்.
🕹️ஒன்று முதல் மூன்று வகுப்புகளுக்கு வருகைப் பதிவு மேற்கொள்ள முடியாது எனவே எதுவும் செய்யாமல் விட்டு விடவும்
🕹️அடுத்ததாக Reason என்ற தலைப்பில் Others என்று தேர்வு செய்யவும்
🕹️பிறகு அதனை Save கொடுக்கவும்
🕹️பிறகு மாணவர்களின் வகுப்பிற்கு சென்று காண்பிக்கப்படும் வகுப்புகளுக்கு மட்டும் வருகை பதிவு செய்யவும்
🕹️ஆசிரியர் வருகை பொருத்தவரை அனைத்து வகை ஆசிரியரும் பள்ளிக்கு வருகை புரிதல் வேண்டும்
🕹️பிறகு தூய்மை பணியாளர்கள் வருகை பதிவை வழக்கம் போல் பதிவிடவும்
இவ்வாறு அனைத்து வகை பள்ளிகளும் 15.04.2025 முதல் வருகை பதிவினை மேற்கொள்ளலாம்.

CL/RL தவிர பிற விடுப்பு எனில் சம்பளம் பிடித்தம் செய்கிறது என்று குற்றச்சாட்டு பரவலாக வருகிறது
1) சரியான விடுப்புதான் விண்ணப்பித்து உள்ளாரா என்பதை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ளுங்கள்..
நாம் மருத்துவ விடுப்பு ML என்று சொல்லும் விடுப்பின் உண்மையான பெயர்
மருத்துவ சான்றின் பேரில் ஈட்டா விடுப்பு
Unearned Leave on MC ( medical certificate).
சிலர் EOL with MC என தவறாக விண்ணப்பித்து விடுகிறார்கள்.
( இது Loss of pay விடுப்பு)
எனவே Leave approval செய்யும் முன் விண்ணப்பித்த விடுப்பு சரியா? என்பதை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ளுங்கள் *தவறு* எனில் நீங்களே *reject* செய்து விடுங்கள்.
2) EOL with MC பார்க்காமல் approve செய்து விட்டோம்.
Ticket ID போட்டு தான் cancel செய்ய வேண்டும்.
3) UEL on MC சரியாக தான் விண்ணப்பித்து உள்ளார் இருப்பினும் ஊதியம் பிடித்தம் செய்து உள்ளதா?
தகுதி காண் பருவத்தில் மருத்துவ விடுப்பு அனுமதி இல்லை நாம் அனைவரும் அறிந்ததே...
அவர் தகுதி காண் பருவம் முடித்து விட்டார் என நமக்கு தெரியும் ஆனால் IFHRMS kalanjiyam இல் அந்த பணியாளருக்கு தகுதி காண் பருவம் entry இல்லாமல் இருக்கும் அதனால் தான் இப்படி நிகழலாம்...

3. அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும் 21.01.25க்குள் மணற்கேணி செயலி Manarkeni app பதிவிறக்கம் செய்யவும்.
4. QR CODE அனைத்து வகுப்பறைகளையும் ஒட்டப்பட வேண்டும்.
5. பெற்றோர்களின் கைப்பேசியில் செயலியை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
6. http://manarkeni.tnschool.gov.in இந்த இணையத்தை பயன்படுத்தி மாணவர்களுக்கு வீடியோக்களை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து காண்பிக்கலாம்.
